Your Program

In this intense 10-week project, you’ll work in a small team, guided by a faculty advisor, to tackle real-time business challenges with actual companies, startups, nonprofits, or UC units. Unlike case studies, these open-ended projects require you to deliver actionable solutions based on research, analysis, and creative problem-solving.
Your Community
Faculty advisors with extensive industry and consulting expertise support each IMP team, keeping projects focused and impactful. This collaborative approach, coupled with the fast-paced 10-week timeline, strengthens your ability to manage complex projects under time constraints.
